By signing up to be Loyal VIP Member, you allow us to withdraw the allocated amount chosen from your bank account monthly into your patient wallet at LUMI Aesthetics. You may use this money to go towards any products or services at our Cookeville, Lebanon, and Winchester locations. You can pause your membership for up to 2 months at a time. If you are requesting to pause for more than 2 months, your membership will be cancelled. Upon cancellation of your membership, there will be a six-month waiting period before you are eligible to sign up again.
