COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT
The comprehensive assessment is a physical evaluation of the patient. Our providers will check the patients vital signs, look over blood work, medications, and discuss medical history of the patient.
Provider will discuss weight loss and aesthetic goals of patient. Discuss patient's current habits, including physical exercise and nutrition.
Provider will then determine best service for patient, and (if a good candidate), will create a custom weekly weight loss plan based upon the patients aesthetic goals.

MONTHLY WELLNESS FOLLOW-UP
Provider will follow up on weight loss and wellness goals of patient.
Wellness follow up will include accountability weigh in, administering of injection (if good candidate) and side effect management.
